My Foundation Routine - Flawless finish

Hey ladies, posting after a long time. I wanted to share my everyday foundation routine. I'll be sharing all the products I use. Since I have oily skin, I always love a matte finish. I have been using these products that I'm about to share for a couple of months now and I'm loving them!

The first thing I use before doing my makeup is +Mario Badescu Skin Care Inc. Facial Spray which has aloe vera, herbs, and rose water. Super safe for sensitive skin. You can use this spray before and after putting your makeup on. It prepares your skin for makeup.
I got mine from +ULTA Beauty for only $7!

The next thing I do after applying this facial spray all over my face is put a face moisturizer on. I use the +CeraVe Skincare facial moisturizing lotion all over my face. (I don't use a primer in my everyday foundation routine) I love how this moisturizing cream is also good for acne prone skin and doesn't have many harmful chemicals. My sisters doctor recommended this to her and since we both have acne prone skin I decided to get one too!
I got mine from +Walmart

 

Then after applying moisturizing lotion all over my face and neck, I use the +lorealparis true match concealer. I've been loving this concealer! It covers up blemishes so well and lasts for a long time. Its also great for dark under eye circles!

 

 

After applying the concealer all over my dark spots and blemishes, I finally apply my favorite +Revlon colorstay foundation. my shade is "310 warm golden" and its the perfect match for my skin. It doesn't break me out and has great cover up. The best thing about this foundation is it doesn't give you a cakey look. I use this foundation everyday and I don't think ill be using any other one until I find a better one! but for now this is my fave!

When im done applying my foundation I like to use the +Maybelline NY Mx Instant age rewind dark spot eraser under my eyes for a highlighted look and for tired look eyes. I use "215 fair/light" which is the lightest shade they have. It's always important to use one shade lighter from your foundation.

 

To set my makeup, I use the +rimmellondon stay matte long lasting pressed powder. So many people love this stuff! and I thought I'd give it a try so I did and I'm stuck with it now! Love the matte finish it gives and helps your foundation not crease anywhere and helps it last all day. 

 





 

 

I love contouring my face! sometimes I skip days where I don't contour my face but other than that I try to do it every time I do my makeup. My favorite contouring blush is by +MAC called "blunt" its my favorite contouring blush and its perfect for every skin tone! you just have to know how much to apply :)

 

 

 



 



The last thing I do after contouring my face is use +COVERGIRL blush in "510 iced plum" I love the color of this blush. Since its a dark pinkish color I only apply a little bit to my blush brush cause a little bit of this blush goes a long way!

 

 

 

So this was my full everyday foundation routine :) All products aren't pricey and are great! If my foundation routine changes in the future I'll update you ladies for sure! For now I hope you ladies enjoyed this post! xoxo

Lip Scrub - DIY lip scrub & Lush "bubblegum lip scrub"

Lips are an important and attractive feature on your face, So making sure they look good and feel good you have to keep them from getting chapped or dry. For some people only chapstick is enough but what they don't know is that you have to exfoliate them now and then to keep them from getting damaged.  It is very important to keep your lips moisturized, this will keep them away from any type of infection.

Exfoliating your lips with lip scrub removes the dead skin cells on your lips and brings out a fresh new layer of skin. It makes your lips look and feel good!
I try to exfoliate my lips every week with my homemade lip scrub which I will list down the ingredients below and I also use my +Lushcosmetics Bubblegum lip scrub!

DIY LIP SCRUB

This lip scrub can be made easily at home and can be stored in the fridge for a really long time!
For this lip scrub you will need:

1. Brown sugar

2. Honey

3. Coconut oil

4. A container (to store your lip scrub in)

( I got these 3 containers for only $1 from +Target )





 

5. The container was too boring for me so to make it look cute I added this tape I got from +Walmart

 

 

 

- It is important to store this lip scrub in the refrigerator and before using it make sure to leave it out for atleast 10 minutes for it to get soft. 

 

 

I like this lip scrub because it has organic ingredients and feels amazing when you rub it on your lips. Believe me your lips will look and feel great after using this lip scrub! It even tastes good! ^_^

 

 

LUSH "BUBBLE GUM LIP SCRUB"

I purchased this lip scrub from +Lushcosmetics since I heard so many good things about it! Love the color and taste of this lip scrub. The thing I love about it is you can lick it off once your done exfoliating your lips with it! There are other flavors to this lip scrub but bubblegum is my favorite.

It removes the dead skin cells on your lips and makes your lips SUPER soft!

 

 





These two lip scrubs are my favorite so far and I would love to try some more. When I do I will post more reviews for sure! I hope you ladies enjoyed this and if you try any of these two out let me know how you like them! and I'd love to know any other lip scrub you think are good and have used.

Beauty tip - Mustard oil and its benefits!

Hey dolls!!
Every girl wants beautiful healthy hair! Well.. I want to share something I use and absolutely LOVE! which is Mustard oil! Might sound nasty to some people.. but your hair is going to thank you for this! But before I tell you about the benefits it has for your hair and how I do my hair oil treatment, First! I'm going to share some benefits Mustard oil has to health and skin!

 Mustard seeds are extracted into mustard oil. This oil is used in many ways, from cooking to putting it in your hair!

Mustard oil has many benefits for your health!

1) Increases appetite which is part of good health!
2) Reduces the risk of Cancer
3) Has benefits for people with asthma, for example, if someone is having a asthma attack and this oil is rubbed on their chest, this will help improve airflow to the lungs.
4) Massaging with mustard oil can heal many things even coughs and colds.. This oil also treats rashes and other skin infections. The great thing about this is that it doesn't sting or burn you at all!

 

Mustard oil also has benefits to skin!

1) By rubbing this oil you can get rid of tan marks and dark spots!
2) It lightens skin and stimulates blood circulation.
3) Used also as sun screen and can prevent skin cancer cause of its amazing benefits it has!
4) It is also great for chapped lips, I know this because I have used it before! and it made my lips super soft ^_^

Mustard oil benefits for Hair!

Finally! My favorite use of mustard oil and the reason why I love this stuff!

I've been using mustard oil for hair treatements for YEARS now! My mom always used to tell me to put it in my hair and at that time I didn't really care and never wanted to..but a few years later I got obsessed with it! It really helped my hair stop falling even though I never had bad hair fall problems.
 I use mustard oil twice a week or every week. I massage it into my hair from the root to the tips and wrap it into a bun or braid it and leave it overnight and wash it in the morning. BUT, I make sure I wrap my hair around with something like an old scarf or anything that I  don't need anymore so the oil does not get on your bed sheets. I shampoo twice so the oil can get out of my hair and I ALWAYS condition my hair! I apply the conditioner all over my hair EXCEPT the roots because applying conditioner to the roots make your hair greasy too quick which every girl hates!
After that, I towel dry my hair and put the "Garnier Fructis leave in conditioner" (which smells amazing!) all over my hair except the roots and brush it out :) I never use a blow dryer unless i'm in a hurry for my hair to get dry.
- Mustard oil also prevents dandruff and other scalp problems.
- It stimulates hair growth by massaging it in your hair which increases blood circulation in the scalp and helps your hair grow longer.

You can find mustard oil from any Indian/Pakistani grocery store!

I Love mustard oil and it really made my hair healthy and long! My hair is below my belly button now :D MashaaAllah ^_^ Will post a picture of my hair sooooon!

Hi Everyone!!
Since this is my first post on my blog it won't be that long.. I want to tell you what you will be seeing on here! I'm a 19 year old college student from California who is OBSESSED with all things beauty! and love giving beauty advice to people and recommending amazing products that I have used myself I decided to post longer reviews on here and let you guys know what I think of some beauty products along with some tips and tricks..
